More informationSEPA Direct Debit Subsystem
The SNCE SEPA Direct Debit Subsystem allows participating entities to send and receive direct debits (Core and B2B) between payment accounts to and from any country in the SEPA area.
Direct debits are processed, cleared and settled through Iberpay's CICLOM technological platform, following the two SDD schemes set by the Europeaa Payments Council (EPC): one designed primarily for consumers (SEPA Direct Debit Core Scheme Rulebook, SDD Core), and one exclusively for businesses (SEPA Direct Debit B2B Scheme Rulebook, SDD B2B).
The messages exchanged in this subsystem are those defined in the Data Interface for SEPA direct debits of the SNCE, Core and B2B, also based on the SEPA Direct Debit Core Scheme and SEPA Direct Debit B2B Scheme Interbank Implementation Guidelines of the EPC.
To provide participating entities with full reachability to exchange SDD, Iberpay offers an interoperability link with EBA Clearing's STEP2-SDD service.
