The direct connection service for represented companies facilitates from a technical point of view the direct sending and receiving of operations from entities represented in the SNCE, always on behalf of the corresponding direct settlement entity.

Through the service, the operations of the entities represented in the different SNCE subsystems (debits, transfers, immediate transfers, checks, bills of exchange, etc.) can be channeled, both those that have as counterpart the other entities participating in the SNCE, as well as European entities in the SEPA area that are channeled through the payment gateways that Iberpay maintains with other European payment systems.

Operation of the service

The direct connection service of represented companies allows the represented entities to send and receive directly their operations with Iberpay following the technical and operational regulations of the SNCE, simplifying and saving processes, reducing operational risks, improving presentation and reception times, and avoiding dedicate efforts and resources to these technical tasks. In any case, the settlement of the operations will be on behalf of the associated entity.

Access to eCICLOM

With the direct connection service of represented companies, these entities have access to the SNCE information system (eCICLOM) to monitor their operations and to carry out queries, analysis and statistics, including the following functions:

• Global position: shows the operations presented and received by each entity and its online settlement position.
• Position of your entity: presents the bilateral positions of your entity with the rest of associated entities.
• Graphical evolution of the number and amount of the transactions exchanged by each entity and in a totalized way.
• Historical evolution of exchanged operations.
• Monitoring of your processes for submitting and receiving transactions, consulting your files and exchanged transactions, downloading your exchange reports and managing notices.
• Statistics system: allows consulting up to 52 types of statistics and customizing the selection criteria.

In addition, the associated entity receives its exchange and settlement reports with aggregated information on its operations and the operations of all its represented companies.
