Link with EBA Clearing's RT1 service

Link with RT1

With the aim of offering maximum interoperability to entities participating in the SNCE, Iberpay offers an international connection to process instant credit transfers (SCT Inst) with the European entities that participate in EBA Clearing's RT1 service.

Entities may send and receive their instant credit transfers with RT1 service through the same connection already established with Iberpay's platform CICLOM, avoiding any technical complexities or having to connect to other networks and protocols, thus guaranteeing a minimum impact on their developments and tests. 

Currently, Iberpay's link with RT1 offers access to over 2,200 entities in the euro area.

• Increases the reachability to process instant credit transfers, enabling access to more than 2,200 entities in the SEPA area.
• A connection using the same regulatory, operational and technical scheme.
• Avoids any aditional developments or tests.
• No interbank settlement risks for participants, using a real-time settlement model with deposit of funds.
• Very competitive processing tariff as it has been developed on an open standard , without additional messaging costs (EBICS).

Access and admission procedure

To participate in Iberpay's Link with RT1, it is necessary to be a participant in Iberpay's Instant SEPA Credit Transfers subsystem, to adhere the scheme, to participate in EBA Clearing's RT1 service (as a participant or as a reachable entity), as well as to sign the corresponding agreement contract with Iberpay.
